| Mr. Deer finds out Nina lied about being pregnant. He goes nuts
and beats and and starts to rape her. Dot hears (surprise, she can hear and
speak) and kills him. The two girls go to the school dance. Connor figures
out Dot lieed about being a deaf mute and blows her off. Dot and Nina bury
the murder weapon -- a piano wire -- and Dot reveals she pretended to be
deaf to feel close with her dead father. They bond and go home. The police
have arrested Mrs. Deer for the murder. She tells Nina she is sorry she
let Mr. Deer abuse her, implying she is taking the rap because of this and
the cops haul her off. Nina plays piano for Dot and they live happily or
something ever after. |
