Internal Affairs 1990 115 R 2.0 out of 5 ducks
Ray joins the Internal Affairs of the LAPD. Ray and Amy, his partner, begin investigating Officer Peck, who's finances suggest something naughty. As they quickly figure out, Peck is also responsible for a number of other acts that are suspicious at best, and illegal at worst, including murder (no gray line on that one, though). He's also quite clever in addition to being sneaky and a womanizer. Ray and Amy begin closing in on him, they follow him to Steven's house, and before they're done there, Stephen and his wife are shot dead, and Amy is shot by Peck just before he escapes. Pissed off, Ray is all out to get Peck, but Peck plans on this, and goes after Ray's wife, Kathy. In a showdown in Ray's bedroom, Ray's able to get Kathy out of harms way (which means out of Peck's way), but after a brief fight, Peck brings a knife to a gunfight, and Ray ends up shooting him three times. Peck lunges at Ray, and dies while clinging to Ray, before Ray dropped him to the floor. Moving film reel
